Full Time Support Desk Operator
We’re looking for an exceptional applicant to fill the role of Full Time Support Desk Operator to our clients, providing support, training, technical assistance, and delivering software updates.
However it’s your personality and approach that will really allow you to shine in this position. You’ll have the ability to apply logic and experience to solve problems you’ve never seen before, and you’ll consistently use great communication and intuition to get to the heart of the “real” underlying needs of a client.
While technical skills or experience would be valuable in areas of accounting systems and principles, payroll, business operations, operating systems, networking or SQL, being an “all-rounder” with a strong ability to acquire, problem solve and re-utilise knowledge is of far greater importance.
