STP Service Status History

Last Issue Logged : Monday 11th, 8:30am. Details : The ATO SBR2 Production Environment is currently offline which is preventing any STP files from being lodged. The issue may affect outstanding files from Friday 8th of November, to any current submissions. Action : Due to the nature of the issue, please avoid sending any STP files until issue it is resolved. Update : Monday 11th, 12:15pm. Details : The submission issues have been resolved. Please submit any outstanding files. Note : If you send a file today and it comes back with an error that isn’t identifiable, please do NOT resubmit at this stage.

Last Issue Logged : Wednesday 18th September 2019 11:08am Details : The ATO is experiencing issues processing STP files and are investigating. Action : Continue sending files as normal but DO NOT resend a file if it experiences an error at this stage. Update : Thursday 19th September 2019, 8:45am Details : The ATO appears to have resolved the issue with processing. Please resend files that have been errored. Do not be alarmed if files take a extended period of time to return due to the backlog the ATO may be experiencing due to the outage.
