STP Files may have a delay in response times presently. Please be patient and let us know if you have any major concerns.

June 30, 16:00 AESTUpdate– STP files still appear to have a delay in processing. Files appear to be processing successfully however after considerable timeframes. Please be patient and let us know if you have any major concerns.

If you do receive an error that is abnormal and not clearly data related, please resend.

June 30, 2020, 13:40 AEST – Update – The ATO posted that a fix has been implemented.

June 30, 2020 – Update The ATO announced there will be a short outage at 1:00pm AEST to resolve these issues.

 Jun 30, 2020, 12:44 AEST – The ATO stated the issue has been identified and a fix is being developed that may result in a short outage. Details to follow.

June 30, 2020, 9:30 am AEDT – The ATO is currently experiencing issues with the STP portal. Submissions appear to still be processing, however may return with an error. There is a delay in processing.

If you receive an error response, you can resubmit the files.

Known error response at this time relating to this outage include :

‘Error – Unable to connect to the remote server’.

‘UnknownError code is Unknown’

Update ATO Statement : Mar 6, 08:09 AEDT – We are currently investigating problems affecting SBR2 single and batch services. We are working to resolve the issue and will provide a further update when available.

Update ATO Statement : Mar 6, 10:57 AEDT – SBR2 services are currently unavailable. We are working to resolve this issue as a priority and will let you know when the issues have been resolved. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve the issue.

Update ATO Statement: Mar 07, 2020 – 07:03 AEDT – The issue affecting SBR2 production has been resolved and services are now available.

Last Issue Logged : Friday 13th December 2019, 8:40am. Details : It appears overnight the ATO has experienced major downtime when processing STP files. Whilst majority of files submitted on Thursday 12th have been processed successfully, it is noted that there are a few clients that will have been impacted by the outage, particularly if the file has been submitted after 2pm.
