We’re currently looking to expand our development team with the addition of an IT Traineeship (Programming).
The candidate we’re seeking is enthusiastic about coding, and will be looking to join us long term, where they’ll be assisted to build their technical and analytical skills and become a valued member of the development team. The development team as a whole are responsible for the software development and maintenance of our core product (Accrivia), for designing and creating apps, APIs, etc and for maintaining the infrastructure required to support our products and clients.

This traineeship is based in our Warrnambool office.
Support Desk Operator (Expressions of Interest)
Our Support Desk Operators provide support for our core product (Accrivia) and additional apps that we offer our clients. Our support desk offers assistance through: training and setup of new systems and features, through troubleshooting issues, tracking down bugs, deploying updates, providing advice on how to best utilise the data in the system (e.g. reporting, queries, data manipulation), adapting the system to meet operational requirements for individual clients including FastReport modifications, and working with the development team to create program change specifications.
Its a diverse and challenging role, which requires skills and abilities in lateral thinking, an exceptional ability to communicate with clients, patience, and a very high attention to detail. In addition, a support desk team member will generally have a module specialty, based on their background and expertise (e.g. operations, jobs & projects, accounting, payroll etc).
