Time Clock Station solution released for Accrivia

Accrivia now offer a fixed “touch on” time clock station solution for tracking time and attendance for your onsite employees, using RFID technology.  This allows you to issue employees with an RFID tag to attach to their keys or phone for a simple touch on / touch off process.

It’s been designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing mobile Time Clock function to accommodate your employees working onsite and is directly drawn into Accrivia’s approval and time sheets process, so you can track and approve time and attendance of all of your employees in one place.

As you’d expect of Accrivia’s fully integrated system, no re-keying is necessary to have your time sheet data processed by the awards processor, to complete your pay run, or to update your jobs and projects with accurate costings and totals.

GPS and entry time stamping can also be turned on, to give you full knowledge of when and where your employees are clocking in and out.
